Hello, everyone. I go by different names across the web, but I prefer Amber more and more these days. I'm a 25 year old IT technician, and an amateur programmer, electronics tinkerer, graphic designer, worldbuilder, video editor, and general computer enthusiast. I enjoy bouncing around from interest to interest, always wanting to challenge myself to learn and try new things.
In early 2022, I largely abandoned social media platforms,and everything I've seen from then has lead me to believe that's the right choice for me. I still longed for a personal online presence, however, and so I decided to get back into HTML and CSS to make my own website. Currently under construction. Hopefully I stay committed to it long enough to turn it into a fully functional site. I guess we'll see in a few months!
10/27/2023 UPDATE: Still here! Still planning on finishing this site. Major Depressive Disorder is just a pain and a half to deal with. Once I'm feeling better, I'll be back to getting all the pieces in place.
This website is technically compatible with mobile browsers, but will unboubtedly be more annoying to browse on one.

Tumblr; the only ""major"" social media site I currently use. Mostly for browsing, though I will often reblog cute art and internet nostalgia content.
Mastodon; I'll be honest, I don't really think the fediverse is quite "there" yet. I use this extremely infrequently, and I don't really like it much, even after the effort I've put into curation.

8/28/2023: Been messing with some things under the hood while I get this place up and running, also added a basic directory for update songs.
8/19/2023: Still in the process of fully setting up the website. Side one's general layout is mostly completed. Up next is filling out the landing page for side two, and then actually populating the site with articles.
